Location : Himachal Pradesh (For All Distt.)

No. of Requirement : 26,

Qualification : Candidates need to be Graduate ( with marksheet having been received ) and should not be
more than 35 years .

Experience : We need staff with at least One Year of Sales Experience but
will be open to recruit Freshers also .

Skills : Candidates need to have positive attitude , should be willing to do Sales job anywhere in the
City of posting and should be proficient in Hindi and / or the local language .

Salary :
Candidate will receive a Fixed salary around Rs. 12,000 – Rs. 16,000 depending upon their
experience and place of posting . Local Conveyance will be part of this Fixed salary .
For the first six months , the staff will receive a Monthly Training Allowance of Rs. 2,000 and
from the fourth month onwards instead of the Monthly Training Allowance a Performance
Linked Incentive will be paid .

Other Benefits :
Over and above the Fixed salary and Incentives , the staff will get the following benefits – PF
, ESIC , Personal Accident Insurance cover of 2 Lacs and Mediclaim cover of Rs. 1 Lacs for
the staff+ Spouse + Two Children.
