Hiring for new International BPO ( US Shifts )

Job Location : Solan, Himachal Pradesh

Designation : Customer Care Executive

Qualification : Minimum 12th passout with Excellent  communication skills.

Salary : 10k to 17k  + ( Good  Incentive )

Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service or in chat process. Fresher with excellent communication skill can also apply.

Duty Timing : 8 PM to 5 AM ( Night Shift)

Working Day : 5 days working in a Week ( Sat & Sun fixed off)

Skills : Excellent Communication skill in English. Good in Grammar and Chat Capability

Facilities : Meal allowance will be included in Salary and accommodation not provided by company.For female candidates  cab will be provided by company.

First preference will be given to local candidates of Solan District.

Responsibilities :

1. A professional approach in answering calls and provide information about products and services.
2. Keep record of customers interaction and transactions, recording details of inquerries, complaints and comment as well as action taken.
3. Process orders, forms and applications.
