Job Location : Baddi, Himachal Pradesh
Post : Delivery Associates
Qualification : Minimum 10th pass
Salary : 13 k to 20k
Experience : Fresher or experienced both excepted
Documents Required for delivery jobs :
- Driving License/Learning License.
- Registration certificate (RC) of two wheeler.
- Insurance if any
- Aadhar Card
- Pan card
- Photocopy of bank passbook ( For salary purpose only).
Job Responsibilities :
1) Loading, Transporting and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe and timely manner.
2) Reviewing orders before and after delivery to insure that the orders are complete, the charges are correct and the customer is satisfied.
3) Collecting payment of some orders by cash and submit it to office timely.
4) Assisting loading and unloading items from vehicles.
5) Providing excellent customer service, answer questions and handling complaint from clients.
6) Follow all transportation rules and maintaining safe driving record.
7) Prepare reports and others documents related to deliveries.
