For Job-Seekers:

1. Our domestic level placement services to job seekers will be free of cost if hiring organisation pays us consultancy fee but for International placement job seeker has to pay visa fee or Consultancy fee as applicable.

2. Consultancy has rights to conduct first round of interview for shortlisting in their office or location allocated by their client company.

3. Candidate has to follow instruction given by consultancy before going to interview/ or if interview organised in office by consultancy.

4. Once the candidate is selected by the concerned company/organization through telephonic interview/Skypeeintervoew  or walk in interview,  the selected candidate need not to pay any charges to any one. If any employee of company or associate of concerned company ask to pay any security amount in cash or through online payment to his bank account, candidate should verify from consultancy first

5. All disputes are subject to Mandi jurisdiction only.

For Employer : 

After Corona Pandemic we are providing our services to limited states only ( Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, Punjab) .The employers can send us their requirements through email (motivflyconsultant@gmail.com) or can post job on our site by registering their company in few easy steps.

 Service Charges :

1. We will charge  10 days salary from company as per CTC offered by company to candidates.

2. Motivfly Consultancy provides one time  free replacement of candidates in case the candidates leave the job before completion of 60 days in a specific client organization.

3. We expect to receive our payments within 7 days of the selection of the candidates by the client organization.

4. Other term & conditions will be applicable. Employer can call us directly on our numbers or send us email for more detail.

5 . All disputes are subject to Mandi jurisdiction only.
